At the age of thirty three, my life was changed in ways that I could not imagine. Once a overwhelmed and extremely stressed out attorney, I suddenly found myself critically ill with acute respiratory distress syndrome. The entire summer of 1995, I spent in the hospital, on a vent, fighting for my life. After recoverying, against all odds, my life was forever changed. Now, I work part time and dedicate myself to doing something for others who have had to endrue the life changing affects from ARDS. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!"
I was at the cash station yesterday and could not believe that while trying to process my transaction, there were ads displayed... some before I could get to my desired page and others while I waited for the transaction to complete. There is no way to get away from it. I will say though that I have absolutely NO recollection regarding what those ads were for so at least for me, it was not money well spent!
