At the age of thirty three, my life was changed in ways that I could not imagine. Once a overwhelmed and extremely stressed out attorney, I suddenly found myself critically ill with acute respiratory distress syndrome. The entire summer of 1995, I spent in the hospital, on a vent, fighting for my life. After recoverying, against all odds, my life was forever changed. Now, I work part time and dedicate myself to doing something for others who have had to endrue the life changing affects from ARDS. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!"
I am going to go to the hospital sometime today. Repeat blood work indicates very low hemoglobin. Hopefully I will be out in twenty four hours... That is my plan... is it their plan, I do not know. When I get out, I promise I will change the face on the blog! Assuming that I am feeling better! talk soon!
